Seniors Program
MOM's Seniors Program aims to support seniors' (60+) ability to live independently. Advance registration is required. Some restrictions apply. Call Case Manager Laurie Horton at 608-826-3405 with questions.
Transportation Assistance:
Volunteer drivers provide rides to a local destination, such as a medical appointment or grocery store.
Food Pantry Delivery:
By calling at least three business days in advance, a registered senior can receive a delivery from the MOM food pantry, consisting of items chosen by the senior from a menu of options.
Home Chore Assistance:
Groups of volunteers provide assistance with yard work and other seasonal upkeep. Individual volunteers also provide regular housework assistance to eligible seniors. There may be a wait list for this assistance.
Friendly Phone Visiting:
To reduce social isolation and its associated health risks, seniors are matched with volunteers for a regular weekly phone chat.
