Housing Stability

Prevent Homelessness

Through the Housing Stability program, Case Managers work with individuals to identify their immediate needs and longer-term goals. Case Managers may provide financial assistance and other resources to help prevent eviction and maintain long-term, stable housing.

Meeting with a Case Manager is also the first step in accessing other MOM services, such as Seasonal Programs or the Clothing Center.

Connections Housing Program

We are happy to announce the creation of Connections, a housing program that serves households in doubled-up living arrangements. “Doubling up” is when an individual or family lives temporarily with another household, because of economic need or because they don’t have another place to stay. The many doubled-up households in our community are not eligible for HUD-funded housing programs, but many would benefit from case management support and financial assistance to get into their own place. Connections aims to address this critical unmet need for housing support and funds, so these households may have a place of their own to call home.
