Housing Stability
HOUSING STABILITY PROGRAM
MOM Case Managers work with you to solve immediate needs and work toward your long-term goals. Case Managers may provide financial assistance and other resources to help prevent eviction and maintain long-term, stable housing.
Meeting with a Case Manager is also the first step in connecting to other MOM services, like our Back to School program.
Connections Housing Program
Connections is a housing program that serves "doubled-up" households. You might be considered "doubled-up" if you or your family are living temporarily with another household while you don't have another place to stay. Our Connections Case Manager can help with your housing search, financial assistance, and up to 12 months of goal setting & support.
There may be a wait list for this program.
SERVICE AREA
MOM's housing programs serve all of the Middleton Cross Plains School District and part of the west side of Madison (west of Midvale Blvd and inside the beltline loop). Please call us at 608-836-7338 to ask about a specific address.
