Community Outreach and Advocacy Case Manager
Middleton Outreach Ministry is hiring a Community Outreach and Advocacy Case Manager, responsible for assisting clients to overcome barriers to stable housing by providing case management, advocacy services, case planning, and referrals in various locations in the community. The person in this role will provide culturally inclusive, trauma-informed services. Spanish-speaking ability preferred. Salaried position, plus vacation, sick-time, and other benefits. Some evening work may be required to best meet the needs of the people we serve.
